I'm first and foremost a mama. I have 3 children whom I give full credit to for making me the strong woman I am today! Motherhood is what initially made me realize I needed to step up my game. I wanted to be the mama that was ready, well equipped, and mentally tough to handle life on life's terms.
I've been over weight. I've battled with thyroid issues. I've had my share of negative body image self- talk. Fitness and health brought me to my strongest version of the woman I knew I could be. My only hope is to help fellow women realize they too have the capacity to create the person they've always wanted to become just never had the support to do so.
Together, we can build a foundation that you're proud of.

I'm a strong believer in creating a solid foundation for the body. I'm especially charged about providing this platform for everyday women, and men! Everyone must earn level one before being able to level up! When we earn our strength we tend to value the time it took to gain it. There's no quick fix here! It's all earned levels of strength and body awareness.
Once we create an unbreakable core, we build up! Whether it be in life, or fitness, the strength of your Foundation goes hand in hand with success. FIT creates a solid foundation for the individual, and provides the element of functional bodily understanding, and awareness. Every workout is designed with purpose and can be married to a function of daily life. The goal with F.I.T. is to empower everyday women, and men to find their strength zone, and then develop it...like a fine tool. We do work you'll be proud of.
These workouts are more than just an hour of sweat to look good in your pair of jeans. This is about feeling strong every day of the week with a baby in hand, and a to do list in the other. The aesthetics are a by product of the work we put in on our mental and physical goals. The mental toughness needed in life comes from putting yourself in "the uncomfortable" and learning how to survive. Well, my goal is to teach you how to THRIVE in those situations and become un-phased by whatever is thrown your way.
